The first floor brings together a well-equipped kitchen, a generous dining area and two sitting rooms. One has a television and library; the other is arranged around the masonry stove, with a large window overlooking the lake. A guest bathroom is on the same floor. Outside, the covered terrace has a dining table, outdoor sofas and direct access to the pool.
Three bedrooms and two shower bathrooms on the bedroom floor. Two double beds, two singles and a sofa bed in the living room accommodate up to eight guests.
The main bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite shower bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and direct access to the lake-view balcony. The third bedroom has two single beds, a desk and wardrobe, and also opens onto the balcony. A second spacious shower bathroom serves these two rooms.

Two double beds (160 × 190 cm), two single beds (80 × 190 cm) and a sofa bed in the first-floor sitting room. Bed linen, duvets and blankets are provided, with a selection of high and low pillows. Wardrobe storage is available, including a walk-in wardrobe in the main bedroom.
A guest bathroom on the first floor and two shower bathrooms on the second floor. Two hairdryers and towels for eight guests are provided. The courtesy kit includes soap, shampoo and shower gel, body lotion, a shower cap and a vanity set.
A cot, high chair, bottle warmer and safety gate are available. Please let us know about any other requirements when booking.
Pets are welcome. The garden and outdoor spaces give them room to enjoy the stay with you. Food and water bowls are provided.
The basement garage has one covered parking space and direct access to the house. Two further spaces are outside the garage, with three more in the olive grove, around 50 metres from the entrance. The villa has private security and video surveillance. The basement laundry includes a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, alongside a simple bathroom with a shower and sink.

The villa has approximately 300 m² of indoor space across three floors. It is set within a garden and park above an olive grove. A welcome basket with local Lake Garda products awaits your arrival.
The private pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers, a parasol and outdoor side tables. The covered patio has a dining table for eight and outdoor seating overlooking the pool and lake. A Weber barbecue is available.

The villa has a great location with a breathtaking view of our beloved Lago di Garda and surroundings. It is really a picture to look out over the lake from the large windows and terraces. ❤ The well-maintained and clean villa offers plenty of space and is equipped with many amenities; cozy and homely living room, well-equipped kitchen, separate laundry room, nice bedrooms, pleasant and spacious sanitary facilities. The house is air-conditioned and also well secured. Outside we enjoyed the spacious terraces, BBQ and lovely swimming pool. 😆 The villa is ideally located for fun trips, sailing on the lake and easy access to the beach. Furthermore, supermarkets, shops and restaurants ars close by. The contact with the owner - Corrado - was very pleasant, professional and accurate. Mille grazie, Corrado! We really had a great holiday and felt wonderfully at home in Villa Europa! 😍

Monique · 2024Ende August 2021 waren mit der ganzen Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder (7,5) und Hund), für eine Woche in der Villa. Wir waren rundum begeistert. Man kann die Ruhe genießen, da man weg vom Schuss ist. In ein paar Minuten ist man aber auch an der Promenade von Salo. Um das Thema Sicherheit muss man sich keine Sorgen machen da jede nach ein Sicherheitsdienst vorbei schaut. Das Haus selbst ist ein Traum, uns fehlte es an absolut nichts. Es gibt sehr viel Platz, alles ist sauber und gepflegt und mehr als üppig ausgestattet. Der Ausblick auf den Gardasee aus dem Schlafzimmer beim aufwachen ist sensationell. Der sehr große Pool mit Sprungbrett, wurde von uns jeden Tag genutzt. Auch dieser war absolut sauber. Unser Hund genoss solange den großen, komplett eingezäunten und ebenfalls gepflegten Garten. Alles in allem hatten wir eine sorglose, absolut schöne Zeit. Wir konnten nach ausgedehnter Tagestouren den Tag entspannt und in Ruhe ausklingen lassen. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen!!! 👍 👍 👍
